Citibank Credit card department,
Citibank Customer Service informed me that according to their transactions records, they have NO record of any car rental fees from -/-/2016 - -/-/2016. This card has been closed out by Citibank. $700.00 owed on the amount in for car rental yet, they have no record of any transaction from the time frame mentioned. Citibank should re adjust the amount they claim I owe on this card. Minus $700.00 in rental fees they can not locate.
