Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I reported - fraudulent charges on my Banana Republic credit card which is through GE Capital Bank on or about -/-/- in the amount of $320.00 spanning -/-/- to -/-/-. As of -/-/-, the charges had not been removed form my account so I called and was told to wait as they would be removed by next billing cycle. As of today, -/-/-, the charges have still not been removed and I have been charged late fees in the amount of $50.00. Upon calling again, I am told that only a portion of the fraud has been investigated and it is 'approved ' but still not credited back. Approximately another $90.00 has no status.
