This is my last and final demand before I proceed to sue Transunion. They gave me a partial response and told me to give them 60 days to complete their investigation. By law they have to block a fraudulent account if I have provided a police report which I have. I should not have to wait 60 days for them to block the accounts that are fraud. I am a victim of Idenity theft. I have sent letters faxes and online disputes attached were my drivers licesnse utility bills police reports and theft affidatives. They have all this information and still will not block accounts. I made a complaint with Cfpb and transunion lied and stated they have not received anything however the agents claim they have my police report. I am so upset that after waiting 30 days for their investigation to 15 days from my complaint to a whole another 60 days is not right and I am being unfairly treated. I have called Every day since - - trying to get this resolved. I am almost sure they have it in their notes. I have the certified receipt that they received police reports and faxes confirming it went through. So I am asking transunion to block these accounts -, -, -, and - the judgement is also fraud. They are giving me the runaround and prolonging the issue which has caused our family a great deal of emotional distress since they are reporting this fraudulent information on my report its embarrassing. Its wrong how they are treating me. I ca n't help my idenrity was stolen. So for the 13th time i will load my police report so that transunion can block the accounts next I am contacting the BBB and then my local news station as well as the attorney general.
