I submitted a dispute On - -, 2016 for some Tax liens that are reporting on my credit report. I asked for verification of these accounts since I have no knowledge of them. The accounts came back verified. I then wrote a letter ( notarized ) to the address and Court that Transunion credit report has on file. Well the Court " - County Register of Deeds '' has finally responded to my letter and its 100 % clear they did not Verify anything with Transunion. Under the Fair Credit reporting act Everything on your credit report must be 100 % verifiable and accurate. I have attached copy of the credit report Public record section Where I ( Circled ) the Address and Docket number, also attached is the notarized letter I wrote to the - County Register of Deeds and also attached is the response Letter from - County Register of Deeds Office that they have no records of these Tax liens nor do they report anything with any credit reporting agencies. Which means these accounts were never VERIFIED.
