Incorrect information on credit report Public record New York

This is my third complaint to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regarding the bankruptcy that Experian is reporting under my credit file. I have repeatedly asked Experian to validate that this bankruptcy belongs to me and that it is being reported correcttly. They have responded it is VERIFIED In the FCRA, verification is not VALIDATION and I, the consumer am entitled by law to validation. Experian said they verified it with a third pary agency but furnished me no proff of how it was verified and the process which again. I the consumer am entitled by law to know who this third party vendor is and the the process used.. Experian has given me neither item that has been repeatedly asked for. They have violated MY RIGHTS as a consumer and I want this item deleted immediately from my credit file. That is the only result that i will accept.
