Incorrect information on credit report Public record Georgia

This is a fraudulent account on my credit report, the FEDERAL TA-ES/ IRS have already satisfied this negative remark on my acct as being paid off, please remove this, also a STATE TA- LIEN should n't be on my report, another fraudulent activity on my credit report.
