Incorrect information on credit report Public record Georgia

I have contacted Experian multiple times to inform them that they are reporting someone else 's Public Records information on my credit file. Experian have not removed this information from my credit file to date. Experian is reporting a Public Record filed -/-/2016. According to the Courts, they did not supply information to Experian for the incorrect data that they are reporting on my credit file. I need your assistance in getting this matter resolved and removed from my credit file.
