I have been getting charged fees on a so called - percent 18 month promotion from Best Buy through Citi Bank credit card. No one every explained or notified me that even though there is no interest rate tied to the purchase that there is a service fee of almost $25.00 per month for an unwanted debt protection plan. This adds up to an extra $500.00 in fees in a 18 month period.
