I also believe that if this practice is taking place with all transactions it handles, that the profit generated and the corresponding damages suffered by the affected public must be substantial. I believe this practice is illegal or, at least, immoral and is without any business justification. I also believe that Elavon misrepresented the disposition of the funds in question when they explained how funds from credits are handled in my phone call with them today. ( below ).
