Following death of parent in -/-/2014, I have attempted to receive remaining funds in her Bank of America checking and savings accounts. Bank of America has repeatedly demanded further " proof '' of my eligibility to receive these funds, and in phone conversations has repeatedly assured me that all was in order and that a check would be sent to me " within 15 days. '' No such check has been forthcoming.
