Conventional fixed mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Tennessee

We got behind on our mortgage, tried to do a loan modification, kept getting different information from the very many different people we had to talk to. Assigned a customer relations manager that we never got to talk to. Paperwork was mishandled until it got so close they did n't postpone the sale date. Even though underwriters got the paperwork and assigned a code saying it was all correct the day before the sale, they still did n't postpone the sale.
