Domestic (US) money transfer Other transaction issues

Bank of America Money transfers department,

Domestic (US) money transfer Other transaction issues Arizona

-/-/- one of my sons asked me to pay his - cellphone bill for him. I did this with him by using the - online bill pay on his account. I paid the bill by giving - a bank sort code and bank account number for one of my bank accounts, and authorizing them to make a single deduction to pay a single bill. The transaction was successful and this should have been the end of the story. However.. I made the mistake of using a bank account which I do n't track closely. Then -/-/- I noticed an unusual debit on that account. Upon investigation I discovered that - had used the bank information which I provided in order to make an additional - unauthorized debits over the 6 month period between -/-/- and -/-/-. I immediately notified my bank and disputed the transactions. They were only obligated to refund fraudulent transactions up to 60 days prior to the transaction and they have now refunded - of the - transactions and put a permanent stop on future debits

I have of course tried to fix this with -. My son canceled service with - -/-/-, and -/-/- I have spent hours on the phone with - customer service agents who claim that they are not even able to find my son 's telephone number in their system, and in any event they would not talk to me about it because it is not my account. Yet they have my money. On -/-/- I sent a very detailed letter to the office of the President of -. They responded to say they have received the letter but have not resolved the issue, nor have they responded to repeated telephone calls to follow up. - have, either fraudulently or mistakenly, debited my bank account 4 times and seem totally incapable of resolving this. I do n't where else I can go to resolve this and am hoping that CFPB can assist.
