My prior complaint # - has yielded no results even though billions of homeowners continue ( like myself ) to be victimized by Bank of America. I am requesting information as to who is the legal owner of my mortgage? Also what securitization of trust information is connected to this loan. Complaint # -. Neither I nor my attorney - was offered a loan modification even when we requested one. Also the reason for denying my loan modification request.
