Incorrect information on credit report Public record North Carolina

I disputed a bankruptcy on my credit report. I have sent in 2 letters asking for verification of this account. I also spoke with - in Texas on -/-/2017, and he informed me that they completed the investigation but he could n't tell me who did it he said it was done electronic and it was not his job to verify if it was valid or not. He also informed me that they will not reinvestigate this ever again.
