I had opened Citibank Savings account under a promotion which gave $350.00 if I deposited more than $25000.00 between -/-/2016 and -/-/2016 and kept the money till -/-/2016. I fulfilled the requirement and was waiting for the bonus to arrive. I also verified with the customer service agent at Citi that I qualified for the offer and they confirmed it saying I should receive it within 90 days of completing all the requirement. However, I got another message from Citibank saying that I will not be receiving the bonus as I do not qualify. I have attached the offer terms which I signed up for and the chat with Citi agent confirming my qualification
