Synchrony Financial Consumer Loan department,
Installment loan Managing the loan or lease California
I had a - done and my dentist said I could put it on CareCredit and they would give me 12 months to pay it off interest free. I am a - and I had our - accountant make payments to care credit each month and we paid the whole amount within eleven months. Toward the end of my 12-month period I started receiving bills from Synchrony Bank that said I owed them over $700.00. I tried all of their phone numbers and could not get through. Finally, they called me and I said I had no idea what these charges were for. I told them what I had done and they said they would look into it. I told them to cancel my account but they still keep sending me statements and bills. Now I have received a registered letter that they intend to put this into collection. I looked them up on the internet and found that they were charged in 2013 for deceptive advertisement and were paying out over - in settlement. I am contacting a lawyer and I could sure use some help from you in taking care of this problem. Thank you
