Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Texas

I believe I am the victim of identity theft and was trying to improve my credit score. Everytime I try and view my score though annualcreditscore.com it tells me that my data is unavailable or something crazy even though I know I am giving the right social security number. Its also preventing me from getting a past -.
