Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Synchrony Bank handles the Credit Card for JC Penney. I realized I was getting late fees last year after making 16 payments during the year. I called the credit card and was told that the bank was receiving my payment too early so it did not recognize my payment when it issued my new bill. They did offer me - $35.00 refunds but could not go back into the account any further. This issue started in - of 2016. I asked if I could talk to a supervisor and was told they could not help me. I contacted Department of Banking and Insurance who referred me to you with a Tracking # of -. It seems I can not even speak to Synchrony Bank and do not know how to handle from here. They changed my due date and told me that should remedy the situation.
