Credit reporting company's investigation problem with statement of dispute
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Florida
The federal Fair Credit Reporting Act ( the " FCRA '' ) section 604 outlines permissible purposes of consumer reports. On that outline it is very specific as to what qualifies. Go threw ALL of it and you will notice that it is NOT APPLICABLE to those Hard inquiries. These inquires are not from Collection agencies, Employers, Government Licensing, Insurance companies, National security, or from creditor that I have existing accounts at the time of the inquiries, ect .... I have attached all of Section 604 as proof. Continuing to not follow CRA guidelines after these complaints have been made is willful noncompliance which is outlined Section 616 and 617 and there are legal consequences as outlined. And those legal consequences will be followed threw if willful noncompliance continues. In addition if I must I will send all of these transcripts to Senator - office.
