Incorrect information on credit report Public record Illinois

I have disputed the federal tax lien on my credit report with all - agencies. Experian has removed the file from record but - and - refuse to remove the lien even after i have given then written proof of its dismissal. I have enclosed a copy of the Certificate of Release that is on file with the - County Recorder. I would appreciate any help in removing this from my credit file for good.
