Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Florida

Hello sir/mam I am an - student studying full-time at -, -. I applied for a credit card in - and it was declined. I did not know the process and applied again after 2 days which was declined as well. I had no idea this would affect my credit score as I do not have SSN. I have been trying to get my credit report but I do not have SSN so can not fill the form online. I sent a written mail but the response was no SSN provided. I bought a car in - and paid in cash. When I got insurance for the car, I was told I am getting a higher premium because of my credit score ( FCRA ) but I never made any late payments ever and never took credit to start with.
