I have closed my checking account with Bank of America # - -/-/- and spoke to the Bank of America on -/-/-, associate - in - ; I was assured that the residue of $110.00 will be mailed to me as a check. It is now -/-/- and I am still waiting. I called numerous times and was not able to get through since the -/-/-, the hold was always very long, 10 minutes + or I got disconnected numerous times. I am on hold again today with the Bank of America and being bounced around.- in - phone # - informed me " the check is in the mail and to give it till Friday. '' I am amaized how horrible it has been to deal with the Bank of America and would like your burea to know. Sincerely - -
