We 've had an accounts with Citi Bank since -/-/1978 and have always paid our bills on time and in full. They refuse to lower our APR, despite us having a high - score. They advertise much lower APRs than we were offered. We have a comparable card with - that we have the lowest APR on offer. Citi 's advertising is misleading.
