I filed a dispute letter with TransUnion on -/-/- regarding 7 unauthorized inquiries into my credit. I received a response from the company on -/-/- that an investigation was being conducted. I sent a follow-up letter via certified mail on -/-/- after 30 days had lapsed and I still had not received the results of the investigation. It is now -/-/- and I still have not received the results of the investigation as to these 7 unauthorized hard pulls on my credit.
