I received a letter from US Bank saying they would close the account on -/-/2017 and would send me the amount in the account NOT A PORTION VIA CERTIFIED MAIL. On -/-/2017 US Bank withdraw ONLY A PORTION OF MONEY, " leaving some there. '' I have a print out ATTACHED. ON -/-/2017 I went in the - - - branch where the banker called several people who said they ALREADY SENT me MY MONEY via certified mail. -/-/2017 I go in - branch and - - tells me that the - branch who sent me the letter INSTEAD OF SENDING IT TO ME AS PREVIOUSLY TOLD, US BANK REDEPOSITED THE MONEY TO THEMSELVES ALSO THERE ARE " DEBIT HOLDS AND CREDIT HOLDS '' CAUSING ME UNABLE TO USE THE ACCOUNT. THE BANK IS STEALING MY MONEY " REDEPOSITING IT WHEN I WAS TOLD BY - BRANCH IT WAS ALREADY SENT BY CERTIFIED MAIL TO ME. ''
