I purchased merchandise from Macys.com on -/-/2016. while it offered macys ' money as incentive to use later. I earned some Money 's money but did not use it all. There was only one week window to use Macys ' money. Later I returned one of the products due to its quality. Macys deducted $20.00 from the money I paid for the merchandise. The merchandise is $70.00 which could n't earn $20.00 Macys ' money. Yet, Macys ' took $20.00 from me. I have contacted Macys several times, but it has refused to credit $20.00 back to my credit card.
