Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Tennessee

I have a charge off account with University - at - that has been paid in full. I have alerted all - major credit agencies to inform them with accurate information. Provided the contact information of the original creditor which is - - - ( - ) whom works at the university and is in charge of the account ; so they can confirm/verify that the account is paid in which agreement was made to have the account deleted from all reports. Each credit agency failed to follow through with my investigation even after I gave them the contact information. I keep getting the same results from them stating '' consumer disagrees, account is accurate ''. That is wrong and incorrect. If they follow through like they 're supposed to then they will find out that the account is indeed paid off and that the original creditor agreed to delete this from my credit reports.
