Discharge Waiver This case was then reopened -/-/- and then terminated -/-/- BK case closed/dimissed -/-/- - case was closed without a discharge of debts. Then, a pre-bankruptcy asset was discovered, so the case was reopened. Then, the asset was liquidated and distributed to creditors, and the case was re-closed - again, without a discharge.
