Best Buy credit cards services has been charging me a fee for Debt protection for the last 10 years. I did not sign up for this program and when I found out I was being charged I cancelled the program and asked for proof of enrollment. Citi bank debt protection is consistently telling me to wait 30 days and they will mail me information about the refund or proof of enrollment. I have waited the 30 days and now they are telling me I am having to wait another 30 day waiting period.
