Incorrect information on credit report Public record Georgia

I recently froze my - report, and have received verification that my report has an activity freeze on it. I contacted - & Experian credit reporting agencies on - different occasions, and asked them to verify a public record of bankruptcy on my credit report. They sent a reply stating that it was verified through -, which is untruthful.
