I opened a CitiBank - Savings account with $25000.00 on -/-/- with new money to Citi. I opened the account under a special offer, which states that I will receive a $300.00 cash bonus as long as the money is deposited between -/-/- and -/-/-. The deposit should also be maintained until -/-/-. I met this requirement and kept the funds in the account until -/-/-. After not receiving the funds, I opened a case with Citi on -/-/-. The case number is -. Since opening the case, I 've also spoken to several people who have been unable to help me. I 've spoken with - - - ) on -/-/-, - - - ) on -/-/-, and - - - ) on -/-/-. I do have screen shots of the account opening disclosures indicating the bonus has been added to the account and the terms and conditions. I have received very poor service from Citi. They have been unwilling to help me. They have also suggest going into a branch, which is impossible since there are none located in Ohio. I would like my account credited the $300.00 that 's due to me.
