I had a residential mortgage on my condominium with Bank of America that was paid in full in -/-/2016. Despite repeated calls over nearly 6 months to their Customer Service line, and repeated promises made by Bank of America, I have never received the Satisfaction of Mortgage Documents or the original note. My understanding is that under Federal Law the Bank has only 30 days to send these documents. Nearly 6 months have expired.
