I signed up for a Citibank Interest Checking account because they were offering a $400.00 cash bonus. The terms of the bonus were as follows : must deposit $15000.00 within 30 days of account opening and must maintain that balance for 30 days. The bonus would be paid within 90 days of meeting those terms. I transferred in $15000.00 on -/-/- Met 30 days criterion on -/-/- ( balance never dropped below $15000.00 ) Met +90 days criterion on -/-/- I 've tried calling Citibank several times since then to get them to post the bonus to my account and have been met only with promises to investigate the issue further. The representatives I 've spoken with have confirmed my eligibility for the bonus and seem as perplexed as I am as to why I have not yet received it.
