Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I had a JC Penney payment due on -/-/2017, the payment has to be made by - on the due date. I had made the payment on their website through my checking account like I always do. I have a confirmation email that the payment was made -. I received a $25.00 late fee!! The payment was made in plenty of time to AVOID that. They can not put a late fee on because of a payment made on the due date in plenty of time. They should not be allowed to harass all of their customers with this type of late fee.
