Unable to get credit report/credit score problem getting my free annual report

Experian Credit reporting department,

I WAS TRYING TO GET MY REPORTS AND BY MISTAKE I LOST THE PAGE. NOW I DONT HAVE MY REPORT AND IT SHOWS AS I ALREDI PULL IT.
