Closing/Cancelling account Kansas
Got a message alert that my phone number had been changed that if I had not done to contact them ASAP with their contact number. Logged into my account my phone number was still the same but noticed my account had been closed and another one opened so I contacted them at the number provided and they could not help me with the new account gave me another number I 'd have to call M-F. They did check my phone number and said it had not been changed. This being WELLS FARGO at their best again switching accounts on you possibly and no notice to the customer as to what is going on. They need to be stopped from this kind of activity. Will try to call the other number this week
