Citibank Credit card department,

When I made my purchases with best buy the customer service representatives never said anything about having a deferred interest promotion all they said was 12 months interest free ... NOTHING WAS E-PLAINED OR SHOWN TO ME ABOUT DEFERRED INTEREST!! I feel completely taken advantage of and abused by this bank because I have large payments I ca n't afford and did n't plan on having on my account. I want at least some of the interest waived and a payment plan that will help me get this account paid down or I will continue complaining to every agency I can find
