Credit reporting company's investigation investigation took too long
TransUnion Intermediate Holdings, Inc. Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Investigation took too long Georgia
My issue is with TransUnion. Here is my issue with transunion. They have incorrect information on my report. In accordance with the FCRA guidelines, any information that is incorrect or not mine should not be on my report period. Any information that has not been verified by the creditor, meaning signed documents from the supposed original creditor with my signature verifying that I applied for credit and I am aware of that account, documentation that has come to me in writing, means verified according to the FCRA, not verified through a system electronically. I have disputed this information numerous times. Transunion has not gotten back with me in the required timeframe or they continue to keep incorrect information on my report with no means of verification other than electronically verifying it. They called me back after I left a message with the " Priority Department '' but the representative " - '' did n't leave a number where I could reach her at. Only a fax number that keeps failing. That tells me that they do n't care about reaching customers that they are putting fraudulent information on their reports. Should we mention that they just settled a lawsuit for
am sure they have received notification of my lawsuit. Instead of having to pay me, all they have to do is remove the incorrect items off of my report. They have n't and it seems that they do n't intend to. It is illegal to deny me a proper investigation. None of the supposed creditors have provided any proof nor responded. Meaning the items should be removed off. Not to mention that TransUnion reinserted - - - onto my report after removing it last year and that is illegal. I have proof of that as well that i will be attaching to this email. TransUnion is in Hot water. TransUnion removed - - - from my report on -/-/2016. They added it back on there and then removed it again on -/-/2016. It is illegal to reinsert previously deleted information off of a report. Yet they deny that they have correct information on there. Screenshots are attached. The letter that was sent to them is attached with the exception of the notary. The - in the mail is notarized though, so they can not use a stall tactic.
