Customer service / Customer relations New Hampshire
My house recently burned down. I ca n't get online or get a customer service representative on the phone. I have been trying for a week now. I am on hold for - to - minutes at a time and no one ever answers. I do n't want this to go on my credit report but there is nothing else I can do.
