Credit reporting company's investigation problem with statement of dispute
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute California
I 'm complaining against this company for many reasons : # 1 I received documents after my FIRST dispute stating that they will no longer investigate any of the accounts that I disputed which is a violation of section 1681 - Congress states that once I notify the CRA 's that there are inaccuracies, they are required to investigate and provide results within 30 days. I continue to receive this same statement even though I clearly list my disputes and label what I is not accurate # 3 There are accounts that have had no udpates since 2015 which clearly shows that there have been no investigations whatsoever # 4 I 've requested the documents that they are using to verify these accounts as allowed under section 609 - Consumer disclosures - all documents contained in my files - Congress states that the bureaus are required to have these documents prior to reporting the accounts to ascertain that this information is valid, accurate and complete which means that there should be NO problem sending this information to me. Congress also states that the only legal form of verification is firsthand knowledge - that means that they must either be the actual creditor themselves or have the physical documentation - I require this information immediately to pass on to my attorney *I 've included my dispute letters, credit report, identification
