US Bank 's customer service is way too slow and really bad. i have had issue with my account 2 months ago and still it has n't been resolved. A lady at US bank made mistake and i got charged over draft fees 6 times. She suppose to reverse the charges 2 months ago. i have to call the bank everyday for last 2 months and keeps telling me that she will do it today but her today never came. now, im tired of calling bank because every time i call, a phone rep. tells me that she is either with customer or in meeting so i leave my phone number but she never calls back. i have to catch her on the phone, calling the bank many times during each day.
