A best-friend 's ex-boyfriend who stole her identity and credit, etc got a hold of my information and applied for a live check, but it was sent to me. I know they spoke to someone directly stating they were me, when they were not because - of the correspondences from the credit company stated that " we spoke about certain personal property and items that i would give to them as a result of non-payment. Last night apparently a lady who was employed with the company came to my residence again, except my roommate happen to be there, and said this crazy lady was banging on the door for - minutes, screaming my name saying " I know you 're in there, and you 're in trouble. '' Then she apparently went right to my window and began banging on it. At that point my roommate was a little scared. So the lady proceeded to then get in her car and hold her horn down followed by repetitive honking for another - minutes. My roommate was sick and did n't know who this lady was, but she finally got to the point of infuriated, and got up opened the door, and described the lady ( who thought my roommate was me ) approached her and came up on her like she was about to do something. She said the lady was rude and threatening to call the cops and locksmith to see if I was inside home. - or Credit Central needs to know the Fair Debt Collections Act before pulling another stunt like this. Also, calling my place of employment occurred as well.
