I applied for the U.S. Bank FlexPerks Travel Rewards Visa Card during their - Visa - Bonus FlexPoints promotional offer, which was for a bonus - " FlexPoints ''. The only requirements to meet this bonus were to open the account before -/-/- and make one purchase by -/-/2016. After allowing the 6-8 weeks stated in the terms and conditions for the bonus points to be credited and still not having received them, I followed up with U.S. Bank on the status of my bonus points. They stated that they needed more documentation from me requesting verification of the promotion in question. On -/-/-, I faxed in all of their requested documentation, as well as my backup documents showing I had met the requirements outlined in the terms and conditions of the offer to receive the bonus. After following up again about the status of my bonus points on -/-/- by phone, a supervisor named - stated that U.S. Bank would not be able to credit me the - " FlexPoints '' because I had used the wrong application link when applying for the card. This is simply factually not true, as I had even gone the length of capturing the webpage I had used to apply, proving it. This screen capture was also included in the documentation I had faxed on -/-/-. I have attached all of our written correspondence, including the documentation I had faxed, which clearly shows I : 1. Applied using the correct link ; 2. Satisfied all requirements to receive the bonus points ; 3. Gave sufficient opportunity to resolve the issue timely and amicably.
