Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Colorado

I went to annualcreditreport.com to get my free credit reports from - agencies. I got an error message from Experian saying they were unable to provide the report online and that I should request it via phone or mail. After multiple tries on multiple days, I finally went to there site and was able to pay for my credit report online. I find it troubling that the free but legally mandated service is unable to provide me with easy access to the report, but that I can pay for it. Furthermore, when I tried to report this problem on the annualcreditreport.com site, I could not get past step two of three. Step 2 requires two multiple choice selections, which I made, as well as a written response in the " tell us more ... '' section. After trying multiple ways of filling the form out, I kept getting an error message that " Tell us more is invalid. Please try again. '' and could not make it past this page to submit my issue. There was no further contact information beyond a mailing address on the site.
