I sent a letters to TRANSUNION disputing the credit reporting on the following items on -/-/- which they received on - ( - - : -, -, - ) : - - - - - PAYMENT STATUSES IN -/-/- AND -/-/- on all - accounts with -. CREDIT - - - 30 DAY LATE PAYMENT STATUSES IN -/-/- AND -/-/- - - THAT I OWE $840.00 AND THE ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED OFF. - - I HAD A 30 DAY LATE PAYMENT ON -/-/- - - THAT I AM 150 DAYS PAST DUE AND OWE $7000.00. In the letters I asked them to " Please validate this information with the creditors and provide me with copies of any documentation associated with this account, bearing my signature. In the absence of any such documentation bearing my signature, I formally request that the 30 day late payment be immediately deleted from the credit file you maintain under my Social Security number. '' They did not respond back with in the 30 days with any viable proof bearing my signature. I sent them letters again on -/-/- ( This time all in - envelope, tracking number - - - - - ) and still have not received anything back from them. It has been more than - days since my original letters sent. When I call them they tell me they ca n't do anything. I have dealt with the creditors and they tell me to talk to the credit bureaus, and when I call the credit bureaus and they tell me to call the creditors. It is a never ending circle.
