We have bank accounts with - local branch office at - - - - - we do all of our deposits in this branch. On -/-/2016 and -/-/- we thought we deposited in amount of $5100.00 in - batches. On - we deposited check in amount of $1000.00 even and $2400.00. And -/-/- in amount of $1600.00. Once I noticed the discrepancy we went in person to talk to the -, he talked to us and promised he will try to figure it out. After taking - weeks or so around -/-/- he called he said he was unable to figure out either from the video footage or from the batches. We have requested to look into the camera for both days which he refused. We then asked if we could talk to the -. He called then we explained the situation and he promised to get back to us. I heard nothing from him since. But we have called twice or so because we are frustrated at this point. We are writing today to you because - does not understand what $1000.00 meant for a working family. We are deeply disappointed as this speed of respond it extremely too slow and also customer service for paying no attention to the matter in addition to the supervisor and -. It seems they didnt care about what has happened from how they have been drugging us until now. How much this can affect out family? We would like to end any business with - once we get resolution and look for better bank that can take care of our money.
