I have previously submitted a certified letter on -/-/- and -/-/2016 which was received and signed for requesting that a dispute be initiated for a Chase account which is reporting incomplete and inaccurate information on my Credit Report. After the dispute process this account was verified and still displays information which is incomplete and inaccurate.
