Capital One Credit card department,
I switched my card from - ( with annual fee ) to -- ( with no annual fee ) in - 2016. I was not refunded the portion of the annual fee for the remainder of 2016 when I had a no-fee card. In addition, I was not given the benefits of the - card from - 2016 onwards ( - miles per dollar spent ). I earned - miles per dollar spent which is the - earning rate. In other words, I was charged for a higher product but given the service and benefits of the lower product.
