I have called Citibank several times regarding disputes - and - against -, in addition to providing all the information they have requested in an incredibly timely manner. Three times I have been told that someone from Billing Disputes will call me within 24 hours, three times NO ONE called me. That is incredibly unprofessional. Furthermore, I still have not heard anything about the billing dispute in the amount of -. When I look at my Citi statement, I see they provided a conditional credit of - which makes no sense given that the amount in question is -. It ca n't be because of the - dollar - credit that the store claims they gave me because in my first response to this dispute I shared that a - dollar store credit is useless to me as that forces me to shop at the store and I might not need to shop there, and I am not going to buy textbooks I do n't need just to use a credit.

I am really disturbed at the lack of attention to detail in these disputes, the lack of response despite Citibank promising several times someone will call me, and no one has and the repeated errors. I spent a lot of time gathering the information their request, I expect you will take the necessary time to read it. I gave Citi until Friday -/-/- to respond to my last email in writing, either via email or by mail ( but i expect the letter to arrive by -/-/- ) to address everything in my letter. No one responded in writing and the amount on the statement continues to be incorrect.
