USAA Savings Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low California

My bank USAA accepted and paid a check on -/-/- even though the check had been post dated to -/-/- The result was - checks being returned for insufficient funds and - $29.00 NSF fees. I called the bank and told them of their error to accept a post dated check a day early but they would not refund the fees. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on hold and then disconnected. They did not call me back even though they have my phone number.
